[I've rarely posted anything here, not since years back.] My mother's surname was Michl, Banat Deutch ("Swab/Schwab-Deutch", the family called it). I should review the actual, limited info I have about the family, just going back to my great- and grand-parents, who came to the U.S. circa 1905, and see if anyone in the group can help me find more. Maternal grandparent's name was Schmidt, paternal, Michl. They were from around Temeschwar, and one may have been from the village of Schag (sp.?). [My father's family was Uktranian/Polish.]
