I would turn the pages of this article over to someone who would pursue the clues in the article to develop contacts in archives holding these passenger ship records and determine under what conditions copies could be obtained. If they haven't already been microfilmed it may take some serious money to get them on microfilm but that is best kept as a question to be addressed later. The article was published more than 25 years ago and the availability could have greatly changed in the intervening period.
Regarding other files that I had, most had ended up being recycled several months ago. One exception is possible creation of Banat family books for North American localities which
perhaps is best made the subject of a separate post.
