There is a family book for Fabrikstadt, but only until 1843:

As far as I know, the Roman Catholics from Giroda were registered in one of the districts of Timisoara (Fabrikstadt) at that time, but I could be wrong, a friend from Timisoara told me that a few years ago. I think a complete tracing of the ancestors of the person you are looking for without church records will be quite difficult and especially lengthy if you want to rely only on archival correspondence.
So I think you either get the church books from somewhere or hire a local genealogist. To my knowledge, Fabrikstadt has no family book from this period.
