Dear Pete,
I found baptism records for Janos Klug (*1858) from Sanpetru German (Deutschsanktpeter) close to Arad (Sânpetru German – Wikipedia, https://maps.app.goo.gl/EbecAZeCuLr2YwCR8), and for two other siblings Barbara (*1863) and Adam (*1865) that you might not know yet - see attached screenshots. Janos and Borbala are written in their german versions Johann and Barbara in these records.
The records can be found on ancestry (browsable) and geneanet, I have not been able to locate them on familysearch though. Here is the link to the records collection on ancestry, if you can use it: Romania, Vital Records from Selected Regions, 1607-1914 - Ancestry
After 1865 the trace in Sanpetru goes cold however... Do you have any idea where Peter was born in 1875?
best regards,
Christian
