Writing to the Romanian National Archive for documents

Hello dear researchers:

I would love any advice on the following:

I just recently got a reply back from the Romanian National Archives in Timisoara about a birth record in Giroda, Timis, Romania from 1885 that I am interested in. They said I could write for a copy. That is great news!

Anyway, I would love information on the parents/granparents and any siblings of that persons family, 
If there is more information. How is the best way to request other information?

Does anyone have experience or any recommendations on how to request more information without having to write an individual e-mail for each request?
