Romania records looks like progressivly available

many records became recently available on the Romania National Archive page, for example death records in Máramarossziget/Maramureschsigeth 1907-14

births in Nagyvárad/Grossvardein 1914-15:

To reach the content, do these: open the following link

and choose the archive of the region (in our case it is Arad, Timis and Caras-Severin). Expand the content and look for something saying colectia registelor. Click on the desired content, and subitem may be there NOT in alphabetical order, but based on the place name. Click on the place name (eg. on Arad) and you may see the records as nascut (births) casatori (marriage) decea (death). If PDF content is showing, good luck.

IMPORTANT: on every option hold your mouse and choose to display 100 items. Sometimes you need to browse the whole topic to find the interested data.
