I've looked at the law more closely and there is more to it than I first thought. It applies to "All direct descendants of a persecuted ancestor, i.e. children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren… are eligible." Anyone who is a descendant of a persecuted person, which I am, is eligible. I will fill out the form and see where it leads, based on my parent's history. I will post if it goes anywhere.
